Studio Diaries....Feb. 5th

Hey, so sitting in the studio, feeling sick to my tummy...finally took my little lappy in and hooked 'er into the giant E-Highway...how lovely, now we can be connected forever!
Whatever!
Did alot of tracks this weekend, and played a Ton!~ of tambourine, pretty cool, I never really played one before, so this is an experience. The whole deal is an experience I will never forget, I'll be 80+ and remember these times, and hopefully alot more, I'm so proud of Jay and his willingness to work on these songs, which are all babies right now, but slowly and steadily growing up. And we look forward (even today we were thinking, as we were driving) to the day when we can drive away and not really look back for awhile. Maybe never?? Who knows, I feel just very tired now though, and we sort of wrote a new song too, which got me totally excited about our music again, not that I wasn't before, but when you "conceive" another babie it's cool...The cool thing too is I don't think I've ever felt so close to J....working together does that I guess. Can you believe he wants to get a piercing! I'm trying to con him into going together and we can both get one -- his parents would think we freaked right out, my mom already thinks it'd be cool.
