Her name is Amy too...

Will there be a day?
-----(move yourself)-----
I see her eyes
so dark,
so hurt
so gut wrenching
so brutal
honest
she sat (sits still, perhaps will)
warm house
darkness drowning out
life
feeling
all meaning
tie the rope tighter
needle hits
skin
vein
shoots
cold ice liquid, melting blood
hearts, turning fears
into
hazy, dazy, barely there questions
no life inside this heart for now
easy to forget somehow
-----(back to your reality)-------
but I will not forget her
for in her I saw a natural raw beauty
and her sadness and emptyness

God bless her and be with her,
I pray that someday
she'll come out of her haze
see the light of day
and never be ensnared in her trap
again.
